The Audit Program is a key part of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia's regulatory function. The great news is that nurses and midwives have consistently demonstrated very high levels of compliance. So why are practitioners so fearful? Positive practitioner experiences are important and the Board is focused on acting on ideas for improvement. This session will share details of the purpose, process and outcomes for the Practitioner Audit Program and will seek feedback from practitioners.
