Add to Calendar 09/13/2017 5:00PM 09/13/2017 7:00PM Australia/Canberra Tasmania South Region Presentation and Network We invite you to join us on September 13 to hear from the inspirational Carolyn Salter. Be motivated by her stories from three completely different stages during her nursing career and enjoy the challenge to broaden your horizons. Carolyn completed her nursing as a hospital trained nurse at the Royal Hobart Hospital and went on to complete post graduate qualifications in Critical Care and graduated with a Masters of Learning and Development. She has worked in Critical Care as a nurse educator for 12 years before working with the University of Tasmania in the health workforce strategies area. She then moved to work into the policy and research area of the Chief Nurse and Midwifery Office before moving to the THS to undertake work on a number of nursing projects. Carolyn believes that nursing is an amazing profession that allows nurses to move through a range of different specialities and make a real difference to a person’s health care journey.
