The course allows IQRNs to build upon previously acquired knowledge and skills from their Bachelor of Nursing degree completed in their country of origin and to prepare them to "provide safe, appropriate and responsive quality nursing practice" (NMBA, 2016) to meet the assessment requirements of the OSCE.
