In this first installment of the Disaster Health Faculty Webinar Series, guest speaker Sally Rich and Julie Agland will discuss their experience as the In-Charge Nurses in a busy Emergency Department during a mass casualty incident. Sally and Julie will share some insights into teamwork, communication, system challenges and lessons that were identified from the event
