ACN Policy Summit 2024

Join us as we explore how our generations can take action now to protect and optimise the health and wellbeing of future generations at ACN's 7th Policy Summit. This year we put the spotlight on the critical issues affecting our Children and Young People and explore how the nursing profession can, and must, show leadership to improve outcomes for future generations.

The summit provides an opportunity to engage with leaders in their field, and contribute to setting the policy agenda through insightful discussions and collaborative sessions.

Let's unite to forge a healthier future for our children and young children.

Keynote Speakers

Be inspired by our keynote speakers, who are esteemed figures in their fields:

Senator David Pocock, an influential figure in Australian politics, will share his insights on the importance of policymaking with our youth in mind. His dedication to social and environmental causes has made significant waves across the nation, and his address promises to inspire and galvanise our collective efforts.

Dr Suzanne Packer, AO, the 2019 Senior Australian of the Year and a passionate paediatrician and child advocate, will deliver a keynote on her lifelong commitment to the rights and wellbeing of children. Dr. Packer's reflections on her career and advocacy work will provide us with invaluable perspectives on how we can further contribute to safeguarding our youth.
