Be inspired by thought-provoking talks from esteemed guest speakers, who will share their experiences, knowledge, and insights into addressing nursing issues and advancing the nursing profession in Western Australia.

About the speaker

Renee Deleuil MACN -  A/Coordinator of Nursing, Nursing Services, Perth Children's Hospital.



Renee has also been working with the recently established Rare Care Centre based at Perth Children's Hospital as senior project nurse establishing the Global Nursing Network for rare Diseases. Renee's substantive position is as Clinical Nurse Consultant for the WA Paediatric Palliative Care Service. Renee has previously worked in senior nurse specialist roles in immunology (allergy, HIV and immunodeficiency) and organ donation. Renee has completed a Master of Nurse Practitioner, specialising in Paediatric Palliative Care, Master of Nursing (Research), Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care. Renee recently worked as project lead in a Western Australian state-wide project to develop an Optimal Paediatric Palliative Care Strategy and a Paediatric WA End-of-Life and Palliative Care Strategy 2018-28. Renee was a finalist in the WA Nursing and Midwifery Awards 2022 in the category Excellence in Leadership
