This course will assist health professionals apply self-management strategies to their own lives and then partner clients with chronic conditions to improve their self-management practice.

Presenter Biography
Shirley Magua is a Registered Nurse Educator employed by SWSLHD and currently seconded to District HETI. She was a project office in the Sharing Health Care Initiative program and has worked with clients and staff in self-management strategies for many years.
