It is time to challenge outdated ideas of leadership. Influence and impact do not come from a title—they come from action. This program puts Enrolled Nurses at the centre of change, strengthening teams, enhancing care, and reshaping workplace culture.

Awaken the Leader Within - Exploring values, strengths, and purpose through self-awareness to overcome limiting beliefs and build confident, authentic leadership.

Online webinar 2: Wednesday, 17 September 2025 (2:00pm - 3:30pm)

The Value of Mentoring and Growth - Understanding the value of mentoring for career growth and confidence, while learning to engage in mentoring relationships and reflect through shared stories and journaling.

Online webinar 3: Wednesday, 24 September 2025 (2:00pm - 3:30pm)

The Fundamentals of Leadership - Developing emotional intelligence and self-regulation to lead effectively from any position through authentic influence and understanding diverse leadership styles.

Online webinar 4: Wednesday, 1 October 2025 (2:00pm - 3:30pm)

Creating Positive Workplaces - Leading with empathy and respect to enhance psychologically safe teams, nurture a positive culture, and address behaviours constructively.

Lead From Where You Are - Learn from real-world stories of ENs leading change, recognising leadership impact at any level, and leaving a legacy through reflection and continued growth

Selection criteria:

All applicants seeking to participate in this program are required to meet the following selection criteria:

Professional Registration:

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) is required.

Commitment to Growth

• Displays a strong desire for continuous learning, self-reflection, and the development of leadership capabilities.

Program Engagement

• Willingness and ability to participate in all five scheduled online webinars and complete assigned program activities within the specified timeframe.

Program fees:

Members $ 750 and Non-Members $900
