Physical assessment is an essential skill for all nurses. Effective physical assessment not only assists in the observational process, but also allows us to communicate any concerns we may have more precisely and effectively. This module will allow nurses with varied experience to refresh and augment their existing knowledge of physical assessment by promoting an evidenced based and systematic model that is replicable and contextual to their clinical environment.
