Throughout this module, you will learn why burnout develops and why, as nurses, we are particularly at risk. You will learn how to identify risk factors for Burnout and the effects of Burnout on your personal and professional life. This module will give you successful strategies to reduce the risk of Burnout in the workplace and show you how to develop an action plan to meet your individual needs.
