What I wish I knew before I became a preceptor

This CPD online webinar will discuss methods nurses and midwives can utilise to best support new learners that they preceptor in their workplace. It will provide attendees with guidance on how to tailor teaching techniques for specific learners and how to deliver constructive feedback to students, graduates or new learners. This webinar will be particularly valuable to nurses who are just starting to take on preceptees.
