Phillipa where they discussed nursing stratification - success factors and the importance of collaboration in growing the footprint of early careers nurses in the clinical workforce.

Phillipa has led projects that aimed to improve the stratification and utilisation of nursing workforce. Phillipa is currently managing group wide leadership to support and drive clinical workforce sustainability and improvement for nursing, midwifery and allied health.
