Great leaders may be smart, driven and successful, but they’re not superhuman. They can’t do it all themselves. Whatever their leadership style, influence is how leaders get things done. It’s how they inspire others to action and propel their organisations to new heights. It’s how they create productive, innovative and agile organisational culture with a sense of community and pride. Join us as Brendan Docherty the Deputy Secretary of Health in Tasmania explores leading with influence and inspiring others to take action.
