People who drink or use substances at hazardous or harmful levels are likely to experience poor health outcomes and have associated mental health conditions, cognitive impairment, and physical health issues. In this module, you will explore different screening tools to assess substance use. You will also learn about the principles of care used when conducting a comprehensive alcohol and other drug assessment, including the risks associated.
