The Alcohol and Other Drug Series is a comprehensive program designed for nurses and healthcare professionals to build knowledge and skills in supporting individuals affected by substance use. The series aims to deepen understanding of various substances, treatment approaches, and the diverse needs of affected communities. The series includes 7 modules: Introduction to Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs, Alcohol and Other Drugs Treatment Settings and Diverse Communities, Screening and Assessing for Substance Use, Opioid Use Disorder, Alcohol Use Disorder, Benzodiazepine Use Disorder, and Psychostimulant Use Disorder.
