Mental health assessment is a fundamental nursing skill that enhances therapeutic communication and clinical observation of psychological well-being. This evidence-based module supports nurses in refreshing and expanding their assessment knowledge through a systematic approach to mental health. In this module, you will reflect on your clinical experiences to identify areas for growth and to strengthen your capacity to provide holistic, person-centered care.
