This module explores the concept of professional identity and its importance in contemporary nursing practice. You will examine the personal and external factors that shape who you are as a nurse, and learn the benefits of developing a clear and confident professional identity. The module also introduces practical strategies to strengthen, develop, or reassess your identity throughout your career. By the end of the module, you will have a deeper understanding of your professional identity and be encouraged to articulate the nurse you aspire to be.
