The clinical knowledge and skills that registered nurses possess often establish them as clinical leaders. The leadership functions of registered nurses include being a team player, team builder, vision setter and goal driver. In this CPD module you will learn about the leadership role in nursing, leadership theories and styles, and characteristics or traits that define nursing leaders.
