Phillipa Power MACN – Group Director Clinical Workforce at Epworth HealthCare Phillipa is an accomplished, resilient leader and coach with a portfolio career built on achievement of business outcomes and experience across public, private, non-profit and tertiary education sectors, with strengths in public health. Phillipa has led projects that aimed to improve the stratification and utilisation of nursing workforce. Phillipa is currently managing group wide leadership to support and drive clinical workforce sustainability and improvement for nursing, midwifery and allied health.
