In this presentation, Katherine will share findings from her doctoral study exploring rural nurses experience and practice of resuscitations. Drawing on ethnographic fieldwork that included extensive observation and interviews with rural nurses, the study reveals how nurses navigate preparedness, role dynamics, leadership responsibilities, and the post-resuscitations period
